Endless Dental Options

[PIC OF TREATMENT REFERENCED BELOW]

I thought this might be a great place to inject some actual dental information on the blog.

Something has been itching at me lately, and that’s the tendency the industry has at times to create short term solutions for problems that really demand long-term ones.

This is often done for the sake of cost, and because a “fast, cheap fix” is an easier sell.

To make a technological comparison, think of buying the $120 vacuum cleaner that only works for a year, as opposed to the $500 one that works for fifteen years.

Some dental restorations take a startlingly similar approach.

For example, let’s say you have [EXAMPLE DENTAL PROBLEM].

I can could fix this for you with [CHEAP SOLUTION]. It’ll do the job, but ultimately this appliance will break down, and you’ll be in to be refitted in [TIME FRAME].

My preference is to take the time and expense to craft a more permanent solution – one that will perform for a lifetime. In this particular example, I’d lean toward [BETTER SOLUTION].

Now, this is obviously a broad example and up for debate – and it’s debated continually within the industry, believe me.

It’s my view that this isn’t your carpet care system or your car – this is you.

The technology is available to craft permanent and beautiful solutions when it comes to dental care and restorations.

This may sound old fashioned, but you deserve the best you can give yourself. (One dentist’s opinion.)
