Fall Referral Contest

I really can’t express enough how much it means when you refer in your family, friends, and acquaintances to the practice, and for the Thanksgiving season, we’ve put together the pictured gift basket.

For every new patient you refer in between now and Thanksgiving, you’ll be entered to win this package, which you’ll be able to check out in person if you happen to be in this month.

Just call or email the office with any questions, and you can always leave us a note on Facebook or Twitter, as well.

2011 Referral Contest – Win A Gift Certificate to Santana Row

Our new referral contest is now up and running.

This isn’t any different from how we’ve run it in the past – for every referral you send to the office who becomes a patient, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a prize.

The winner – drawn at random – will get a gift certificate to Santana Row Shopping & Entertainment Complex in San Jose.

The drawing will take place on May 1, 2011 – watch this space, the office, our Twitter, or our Facebook for any updates.

Of course, if you win, we’ll surely reach out and let you know. Thanks again for all of your support!

Check In on Facebook!

I have some good news on the social media front for those of you who are Facebook users.

We’ve gotten our page set up for check-ins, which is available via the Facebook App on your mobile smartphone. (Just hit “Places” inside the app if you’ve not experimented with this before – here are Facebook’s own instructions on how it functions.)

Once the calendar flips over to 2011, we’ll be doing an overhaul to our ongoing referral program, and you’ll be able to accrue extra points toward winning prizes simply checking in when you come to your appointment. I’ll have more details on that in January.

I’m pretty excited about some other related programs we’ll be rolling out in the social spaces next year, including some deals and offers exclusively through Facebook.

Be sure to ask when you come in, and also look for updates here, on Facebook, or on Twitter.

Holiday Referral Program

I just wanted to put up a quick post about our referral program, which as you may know is coming up on the end of its latest cycle.

If you’re a longtime patient you’re well aware of this program. If not, you can check it out on our Facebook Page, as well.

First of all, for any referral at all, you’ll get $50 credited to your account if your referral does indeed become a patient. (Anyone you refer gets a free exam up front, as well.)

In addition to the credit, any referrals through December 31st will get you entered into a drawing to win one of the following prizes:

* $150 Shopping Spree
* Dinner at Casa de Cobre
* Family Night Out at the Movies

On that last one, I’m going to assume you’re not inviting your extended worldwide family.

In any case, tell your friends, family, and co-workers to come in and see us if they’re in the hunt for a new dentist. If you have any questions about this contest just ask, or you can also Tweet us about it.

In January we’ll start again with some new prizes, and we may be making some interesting changes for those of you who follow us on Twitter or Facebook that give you even more chances to win.
